During my recent stay at Gecko Hotel in Koh Samui, I was thoroughly impressed by the high standards of service and the surrounding amenities. The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with air conditioning and a minibar, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of diving. The owner, a remarkably kind gentleman, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and offered excellent recommendations for exploring the island. The hotel's strategic location is a significant advantage, especially for those like me who relish adventure; renting a motorbike is essential to easily access nearby attractions, such as Chaweng Lake and Fisherman's Village, both just minutes away. The complimentary WiFi was a great asset for planning our excursions, while the property's commitment to guest safety was highlighted when I accidentally left my wallet behind; the owner promptly returned it, exemplifying the trustworthiness and integrity associated with this establishment. In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend Gecko Hotel not only for its great value but also its exceptional service and the warm atmosphere created by the owner. Whether you're traveling solo or with companions, it serves as a splendid base for an unforgettable Koh Samui experience.
